Veteran political operator and political analyst Franco Mabanta revealed some of the reasons why the recent call out of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte is indeed brilliant and really a sign of being a future President.
According to Franco Mabanta the recent statement of Mayor Sara Duterte wherein she called out and challenged her father, Pres. Duterte and Sen. Bong Go to "own up publicly" their decision run as tandem is indeed a brilliant move for the Davao City Mayor and frontrunner in the Presidential race.
The statement of Mayor Sara against Pres. Duterte and Sen. Bong Go expose those who've been pretending to be her allies yet all the while attempting to sabotage her candidacy.
Mayor Inday Sara revealed that the President personally confirmed to her that her father will run for Vice President and Sen. Bong Go as President and then she received two leters with the endorsement of the President that gave her two options for 2022 national elections.
One note explained why she should endorse the Go-Duterte tandem, and the other suggested that she will take Sen. Bong Go as Vice President.
Mayor Sara then challenged the Go-Duterte tandem to own up publicly their decision to run as tandem and respectfully advise them to stop talking about her and make her the reason for them running or not running.
The statement of Mayor Sara is indeed brilliant as it obliterates any Opposition criticism of dynastic rule, it shows a deep sense of independence, which will permeate skin and resonate with most people.
The statement of the Davao City Mayor according to Mabanta, clearly illustrates that she has the fighting strength of her father yet it distances her campaign from the things she feels unfavorable.

Why Mayor Inday Sara Duterte's call out is brilliant:
▪︎ It exposes those who've been pretending to be her allies yet all the while attempting to sabotage her candidacy
▪︎ It obliterates any Opposition criticism of dynastic rule
▪︎ It shows a deep sense of independence, which will permeate skin and resonate with most people, particularly (in my opinion) with the masses
▪︎ It CLEARLY illustrates that she has the fighting strength of her father yet it distances her campaign from the things she feels are unfavorable
▪︎ In four short paragraphs, it shows why she's the frontrunner and why everyone else is chasing with an increasingly distant view of her backside
▪︎ Lastly and most importantly, what she said felt honest. Such a rare thing.
As a tactician, this was genius. As a citizen, I'll admit it gave me chills.
This is why, from the very beginning, I chose to keep my platforms neutral with regard to the elections -- it's so the points that are made moving forward land with a stronger semblance of balance. I've tried to criticize and compliment everyone with purposeful objectivity. And -- as of right now -- I'm objectively saying that this is the best move any candidate has made, at any point and at any level, throughout this entire campaign season.
It felt Presidential.
