Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque reacted on the latest viral controversy regarding the attitude presented by the viral "5-Minute Girl" towards MMDA officers. One of the reporter asked about the Palace reactions on the controversial attitude of the "5-Minute Girl" and she received a brilliant answer from Spox Roque.
During the said press conference conducted inside the New Executive Building (NEB) of the Malacanang Palace, veteran reporter Rose Novenario asked Spokesperson Harry Roque on the Palace's reaction of the viral "5-minute girl" and what should the government needs to do to correct the attitude of government workers.

Rose Novenario asked "Ano po yong maipapanawagan n'yo sa mga kawani at opisyal ng gobyerno tungkol don po sa wastong asal po sa publiko or habang sinisita sila na mga violations. Ano po yong panawagan n'yo sa ganun? Novenario asked.
Spox Harry Roque responded by saying that they already directed the complaint to the office where they belong to, particularly the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The Presidential spokesperson replied by saying "Naku, pinapaubaya na po namin kay DOJ Secretary Guevarra, dahil siya naman po ang hepe ng mga piskal natin. Hayaan na po natin ang mga bagay na yan kay DOJ Secretary Guevarra." Roque stated.
Novenario still insisted on his irrelevant question as she rephrase her statement by saying "So ano po yung panawagan n'yo sa lahat ng taga-gobyerno, kasi may code of ethical standards di po ba, parang marami na po ang nakakalimot sa ganung batas?" Novenario asked.
Spox Roque replied by saying "Siguro po yung code of ethical conduct po for government employees yan po ay batas, dapat po sinusunod ng lahat ng taong gobyerno. Ang Presidente mismo po, nung kami po ay napilitang mag-land trip, nong galing sa Bukidnon going to Cagayan de Oro, natagalan kami ng land trip, kasi ang utos ng Presidente, bagamat siya'y Presidente, susundin lahat ng traffic lights, so tumitigil tigil po kami sa mga traffic lights, hindi ibig sabihin na kami'y presidential convoy ay dire-diretso lang kami, at ayaw n'ya ng nanghahawi. So the President is always hoping that people will always follow his example."
