A controversial Tiktok video of the Vice President elicits laughter and draws flak from netizens and critics of the Presidential bet exposing the real character of the Vice President.
The 29-second Tiktok video that went viral on social media revealed an awkward moment and potentially another PR disaster for the campaign team of Team Leni and Kiko because her gestures during the said caravan runs counter to her seet and "Nanay ng bansa" image they wanted to portray.
The PR nightmare showed a video apparently captured by a member of Robredo's entourage who took the video while the Vice President was insider her van waving and saying thank you to her supporters chanting "Robredo, Robredo" as the vehicle cruised the highway along Dasmarinas, Cavite.
In the said viral video, VP Leni can be seen sticking her neck out of the vehicle window for a few seconds while waving her hand as a gesture of appreciation to a handful of crowds waiting for the VP along the highway to see Robredo in person.
It is also clear on the said video that VP Leni uttered "Salamat, Salamat po, Thank you." to the crowd for a few seconds but the next statement caught the attentions of netizens as she stated "Bilis-bilisan natin."
The Vice President can be clearly seen in the video changing her persona from "campaign to Vice President mode," in just a few second but when someone from the entourage told her that they were recording a Live video, the VP quickly changed mode again to campaign mode with a matching smile, telling her live audience and viewers that she was in Cavite.
Netizens who saw the video reacted as they shared their sentiments and dismay over the gestures of the Vice President.
