Sen. Bato Dela Rosa Willing to Help KAPA But Should Talk First to Pastor Apolinario

Former PNP Chief and Senator-elect Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa stated that he's willing to help the members of the controversial KAPA Community Ministry International Incorporated but asked permission to personally talk to their founder Pastor Joel Apolinario.

In the latest Facebook post, Sen. Dela Rosa said that he allegedly talked to President Rody Duterte and personally relayed the stories of some members having concerns because of the money that they previously invested to the religious group founded by a former farmer and fishermen turned Pastor and businessman.

Gen. Bato noted on his statement that he is willing to talk to Pastor Joel Apolinario so he could send the personal message of Pres. Rody Duterte to him and fix the things about KAPA.

Senator Bato dela Rosa was quoted as saying "Sa mga miembro sa Kapa nga nangayo ug tabang nga ipaabot nako kang Pres. Duterte ang inyong kaguol ao na syang nastorya," Bato said.

Gen. Bato added further "Tabangi ko ninyo nga makastorya si Pastor Apolinario para maipaabot nako sa iyaha ang gusto ni PRRD. Tabangi ko ninyo nga matabangan ta mo,” he added.

Pastor Apolinario is still mum on the invitation of Gen. Bato Dela Rosa despite his constant presence on social media through various radio interviews conducted by some of his members and his social media team.

The controversial KAPA investment or donations became popular in most parts of Mindanao but the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Duterte administration warned and questioned them because of the 30% offers in terms of returns on their investments.

SEC ordered to freeze P100-Million worth of Apolinario's assets and Pres. Duterte ordered NBI and CIDG to raid their office and for the closure of KAPA operations.
