According to Hidilyn Diaz she is now in dire financial help and need all the support of the government as well as the government sectors on her efforts to train for the Philippines.
In order to examine whether Diaz really needs the financial support from the government and the private sector, concerned citizen Benjie Daisy Contreras enumerated some of the financial help Hidilyn Diaz received both from the national government and the private sectors, companies and individuals.
The statement of Diaz earlier to the media allegedly insinuates that the government has been remiss in providing financial support to her but based on the details presented by Contreras, the government was indeed doing their best to support the athlete.
