The wife of F/B GEM-VIR1 Captain Junel Igsigne ordered the controversial captain of a Filipino fishing vessel that collided with a Chinese ship to postpone his scheduled meeting with Pres. Rody Duterte.
Captain Junel Insigne, who was from San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, was on his way to neighboring Calapan town to catch a boat, when his wife called him over the phone, telling him to just go home after learning that a special Cabinet meeting about the collision was cancelled.
During the recorded conversation which was caught on camera, the boat captain called his wife to discuss the incident but his wife told him to just go home and leave the rest of the explaining to his fellow fishermen victims.
The wife was quoted as saying "Mag-uwi ka na, hayaan mo na silang pumunta dyan si Richard," the wife told his husband to return home because he can afford it.

Junel's wife could not explained the main reasons why he should not meet with the President.
The wife also made some statement that mentioned a certain Junard to postponed their scheduled meeting with the President who is eager to learn to the real incident involving the alleged collision between the Chinese and Filipino fishermen.
