Veteran micro-blogger Mark Lopez expose some of the many mistakes committed by Rep. Martin Romualdez and the reasons why he is not worthy to be chosen as the next House Speaker in the House of Representatives replacing the outgoing Congresswoman Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
According to Mark Lopez, Rep. Martin Romualdez is the Congressman from Leyte who absolved Mar Roxas of culpability for the Yolanda tragedy, and even praised him when Roxas campaigned in Leyte during the 2016 national elections.
The veteran lawmaker, Rep. Martin Romualdez is the cousin of Alfred Romualdez, the embattled Mayor of Tacloban during the Yolanda catastrophe. Alfred was the one whom Mar Roxas infamously berated and said “Remember that you are a Romualdez and the President is an Aquino” and “Bahala na kayo sa Buhay nyo!”
Rep. Martin Romualdez once run for senator during the 2016 elections under the UNA banner of ex-VP Jejomar Binay but when Mar Roxas arrived in Leyte, they immediately became best friends. Just imagine, you are under the party of Binay but lauded Mar Roxas during the campaign trail.
