Former National Youth Commission Chairman Ronald Gian Carlo Cardema expose another alleged fake news from one of the leading news media outlets in the country ABS-CBN for the controversial COA report which says that Cardema was required to refund over P800-million due to leave credits and other benefits.
According to Cardema there's no way they could amassed a whopping P800 million in illegal transactions because of the facts that the agency handled by Cardema had only a budget of P150 million.
The leader of the Duterte Youth Movement, Ronald Cardema also noted that he was with COA Chairman last month for two hours talking about COA and NYC, but the agency did not discuss something illegal against their activities inside the commission.
