Veteran radio host and prominent micro-blogger Mark Lopez revealed some of the most interesting reasons why Sen. Bam Aquino's defeat in the 2019 elections is indeed painful to bear.
According to Mark Lopez, although Sen. Bam Aquino lost his senatorial bid, he keeps on speaking positive things on his defeat without enumerating the failures he made during his stint as one of the country's lawmakers.
The radio host statement revealed something unusual with the recent interview by Rappler with outgoing lawmaker, Sen. Bam Aquino, one of the few remaining Aquino's who hold one of the country's highest electoral position.
Lopez revealed that during the 2019 elections, Sen. Aquino got 14.1 million votes which is 1.3 million lower compared to his 15.5 million votes during the 2013 elections.
Aquino's votes is 1.3 million lower compared to his 2013 numbers despite the fact that in 2019, there's an additional 10.6 million voters.

BUM AQUINO
Anyway, itong istorya mo sa Rappler na nakakuha ka pa din ng 14M votes despite being an Aquino in a time of Duterte ay misleading.
Parang may gusto pa kayo i spin ni Rappler eh.
Ang tanong, and this you conveniently failed to mention in the article is, ilan ba ang bumoto sa iyo nung 2013 elections?
Ilatag natin:
2019 elections, you got 14,144,923 votes
2013 elections, you got 15,534,465 votes
At very glaring yan Bam alam mo kung bakit?
Isipin mo Bam, from 2013 to 2019 eh nadagdagan ng 10,683,750 na botante.
Tumataginting na 10.6 MILLION NA BAGONG MGA BOTANTE.
Pero ikaw, comparing your total votes in 2013 as against your 2019 performance, nawalan ka pa ng 1.3MILLION voters.
