La Salle Professor Criticize De Lima & Aquino for Alleged Credit Grabbing on Magna Carta for the Poor Law

Veteran blogger and prominent La Salle Professor Van Ybiernas criticized the camps of Sen. Leila De Lima and Sen. Bam Aquino for their alleged credit-grabbing activities regarding the newly-signed Magna Carta of the Poor Law signed by Pres. Rody Duterte.

According to Prof. Van Ybiernas the newest law being signed by Pres. Duterte earlier should not be credited to Sen. De Lima or Sen. Aquino because of the fact that the said bill was once vetoed by former Pres. Noynoy Aquino, the closest ally of Sen. De Lima and Sen. Aquino.

Based upon the information presented by the La Salle Professor, the law was just a revive version of the bill passed last March 2013. The law should not be credited to Sen. Bam or Sen. Leila becauese Sen. Aquino became a senator only last July 2013 while Sen. De Lima won the Senate Race last July 2016.

The Magna Carta for the Poor or Republic Act 11291 was signed by no less than Pres. Rody Duterte last April 12, 2019. The law seeks to address hunger and ensure that the poor will have full and equal access to basic services to help alleviate poverty.

Eto na naman ang mga Dilaw at inaangkin ang Magna Carta of the Poor. Hahaha.

Vineto nga yan ng Bestest President Ever nyo e! Hahaha.

Nirevive lang yung version noong Marso 2013. Paanong maibibigay ang credit kina de Lima at/o Bam Aquino eh hindi pa sila kapwa senador noong Marso 2013!

Hulyo 2013 naging senador si Bam at Hulyo 2016 si de Lima e Marso 2013 yan na-veto ni Noynoy.

Binuhay lang yan mula sa patay. Hahaha.

Tapos inangkin nyo na agad!? Iba rin talaga! Hahaha
