Atty. Glenn Chong made headlines on social media after he presented undeniable strong evidence against the PNP assigned in Calabarzon who were allegedly involved in the torture and killing of Richard Santillan.
The veteran lawyer revealed during the Senate Hearing on political killings that he had all evidence that will prove that there is indeed torture and massacre of Richard Santillan because of his connection to Atty. Glenn Chong, who is considered as the staunchest critic of COMELEC-Smartmatic syndicate.
The PNP Team headed by General Edward Carranza also presented their evidence proving that Richard Santillan was allegedly involved in the so-called Highway Boys.
Aside from Atty. Glenn Chong, the Public Attorneys Office (PAO) Chief Atty. Persida Acosta also presented some testimonies together with forensic expert Dr. Erfe during the said Senate hearing.
