One of the country's most prominent action star Robin Padilla, a self-confessed supporter of Pres. Rody Duterte burned down Sen. Antonio Trillanes whose amnesty was declared null and void by the Philippine President as he challenged the senator to surrender and face the charges against him.
Robin Padilla went to the Philippine Senate to observe the incident involving the highly-anticipated possible arrest of Sen. Trillanes who is now taking refuge inside the Philippine Senate after Pres. Duterte released a proclamation revoking the amnesty of Trillanes.

According to Robin Padilla, Sen. Trillanes should proved his innocence and courage as one of the country's bravest soldier who initiated a mutiny against the governent of former Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
The veteran action star also criticized the members of the Liberal Party (LP) who are now calling the Filipino people to help Sen. Trillanes and support him as if they were calling another People Power.
Robin Padilla criticized Trillanes for another grandstanding by not following the order of the Executive Department as he challenged Trillanes to man up and face his problems. The actor also defended Pres. Duterte who was criticized earlier by Trillanes as the one behind the alleged political persecution.
The actor also admitted that Sen. Trillanes is his batchmate during their early days in school and even suggested to help the Senator in facing his problems by surrendering to the authorities. He also advice to accompany Sen. Trillanes on his way out of the Philippine Senate to the custody of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
