According to the information presented by the concerned netizen an alumni informed him that Saint Theresa's College of Quezon City held a fundraiser wherein they raised a total amount of P300,000 to pay for six (6) boats intended to be donated to fishing community in Mindoro.
The project is called "Bangka ni Theresa" and there's no mention of "Angat Buhay" but they were surprised when they found out that the Office of the Vice President posted a Thank You pictures claiming that VP Leni Robredo was part of the project and the boats they donated were marked with "Angat Buhay."
Here's the Complete Statement of Hayden U. Sison:
Had lunch with a Theresian.
Taga STC QC.
Nag fundraiser ang batch nila & nakapag raise ng
PHP 300,000 to pay for 6 boats sa isang
fishing community sa Mindoro.
A project is called Bangka ni Theresa.
Walang mention ng Angat Buhay daw.
Nagulat nalang ang Theresian,
lumabas daw ang thank you pictures,
kasali na si Leni at may tatak "Angat Buhay" na ang bangka.
Be careful where you donate.
Make sure it goes to where it is supposed to go.
