The tough-talking President of the Republic of the Philippines, Pres. Rody Duterte slammed the United States (USA) government for warning the Philippines on buying submarines from Russia. The President also lambasted the US for selling with us some alleged defective choppers.
Pres. Rody Duterte released another tirade against the US government for warning the Philippines not to buy submarines from Russia, so the Philippine President responded by saying the following statement during an event in Davao:

"Kaya ang sagot ko sa kanila ganito, you meet me, any forum like, and I will invite everybody interesting, you state your case why you are against my country acquiring submarine, give me the reason why, and make it public, you make my country backwards!" Pres. Duterte stated.
Pres. Duterte revealed that our neighboring countries have their own fleet of submarines but the United States did nothing to stop them from buying. Vietnam have seven (7), Malaysia has two (2), Indonesia has about eight (8) and the US did not even give us submarines, what's the reasons why they will stop the Philippines but not against these Asian countries.
The very first President from Mindanao also revealed during his speech that the Philippines already gave a chance to the US to help the Philippines by providing us with defective and refurbished helicopters for in fact one of them even exploded earlier killing some members of the Armed Forces.
Pres. Duterte also challenged some members of the CIA who allegedly trying to plot against his life and wanted to eliminate him.
The President was quoted as saying "Nakatingin ako sa TV kasi gusto kung i-emphasize sa mga Amerikano, may mga CIA ngayon, ang balita ko gusto ninyo akong patayin, go ahead, be my guest, after all, this country will remain the way it is, if they're all deliver, kaya pag pumutok yong helicopter ko dyan, sila yan, they are the one interested to, buot-buot, P---, mind you lahat ng kinukuha natin sa kanila Bayad Yan." Pres. Duterte stated.
