The newly-created national political party initiated by Presidential Daughter and Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio, Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) officially presented their senatorial bets in the 2019 Senatorial Elections.
Based upon the list presented by Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) which is now considered as one of the strongest political party with a strong mass base, the senatorial bets of HNP includes two Cabinet Secretaries, Three Senators, former General and several prominent personalities.
Here's the List of HNP's Official Senatorial Candidates:

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque
Senator Cynthia Villar
Senator JV Ejercito
Senator Angara
Congresswoman Pia Cayetano,
Congressman Zajid Mangudadatu
Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos
Bureau of Corrections chief Ronald ‘Bato’ Dela Rosa.
The leader of Hugpong ng Pagbabago, Mayor Sara Duterte of Davao City didn't show any signs that she's going to seek a national position or run for Senator of the Republic. The President also attended the event and vowed that the election under his administration would be clean.
During the said gathering Pres. Rody Duterte vowed that the election under his administration would be clean. He was quoted as saying "In this election, I commit to the Filipino people that this will be clean election. Sabihin ko sa COMELEC i-deputize personally ako. There will be voting and the votes will be counted correctly," Pres. Rody Duterte said.
Pres. Rody Duterte also slammed the United States during his speech after news report came out that the US warned the Philippines not to buy submarines from Russia and also criticized the US for selling us with alleged defective helicopters.
Based on earlier reports the regional party, Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) is considered as one of the country's formidable political force after it made alliances with the Marcoses in the North of Luzon and the Nacionalista Party of former Senator Manny Villar.
