The said controversial video narrates the alleged hacking of the 2016 national elections accusing that COMELEC and Smartmatic already decided the results of the election which means that there's already some results before the election proper started and the Philippine Democracy was indeed hacked.

Deconstructed Media 2.0 narrated that on May 9, 2016 at approximately 6:00 PM as people accross the country are glued to their TV screens they noticed a 2-hour results blackout at a time when transmission of election results should have been peaking.

This was confirmed by political parties hooked up to the PPCRV quick count center. Election results resumed briefly at around 8:00 PM an hour later another blackout occured. While the Filipino people slept, results steadily poured in quietly.

By the morning of May 10, 2016, supporters of VP candidate Bongbong Marcos decried what would seem a foul settings that happened that evening. After the series of blackouts his almost one million lead was obliterated ending in a mere 200,000 difference, between him and Leni Robredo.

The results differed significantly from surveys conducted leading to the race and exit polls. Some observers noted that the discrepancies happened after the series of blackouts.
