A concerned netizen and considered herself as a pure-bloodied Pro-Duterte supporter, Dr. Rowena A. Burden, posted an Open Letter to President Rody Duterte regarding the status of Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Michael Dino and to check the campaign promise of the President for his supporters in the Visayas.
According to Dr. Rowena Burden, she is the Lead Convenor of Cebu for Duterte, who had a hand in the 2016 campaign of former Davao City Mayor Rody Duterte. Her group did not only operate nationwide but also internationally, so she is asking now the following questions, she thinks she is entitled to ask:
1) Who was it who pushed for the appointment of Michael Dino as your Presidential Assistant for the Visayas?
2) Before his appointment was endorsed for your signature, was a thorough background investigation, lifestyle check, and forensic accounting done? I, mean, people in your administration are fond of submitting matrices to you for presentation to the public even if some of those in it are already dead.
According to Dr. Burden, she has a matrix on OPAV, one that is thoroughly prepared and she would like the President to see it personally as she don't want it to be coursed through the usual channels because it might get buried just just as FORMAL complaints against OPAV have been.

Greetings and felicitations on your continued anti-corruption and anti-criminality drive!
As a LAW-ABIDING citizen of this country and as the Lead Convenor of Cebu For Duterte (bearing in mind that Cebu has the highest number of eligible voters) who had a hand in your 2016 campaign, not only nationwide but also internationally, I am respectfully asking the following questions that I am entitled to ask:
1) Who was it who pushed for the appointment of Michael Dino as your Presidential Assistant for the Visayas?
2) Before his appointment was endorsed for your signature, was a thorough background investigation, lifestyle check, and forensic accounting done? I, mean, people in your administration are fond of submitting matrices to you for presentation to the public even if some of those in it are already dead.
I have a matrix on OPAV, one that is THOROUGHLY prepared. Would you like to see it, Sir? I do NOT want it to be coursed through the usual channels because it might get ‘buried’ just as FORMAL complaints against your OPAV have been.
Mr. President, my beloved father served as INP Region 11 Police Director of Operations in the late 80s with his office being located in Davao City. He told of fond memories of his time there while you were still City Mayor. My highest regard for my father was the single most compelling reason why I devoted everything I had to your campaign, going to the central Visayas HQ every single day wearing a Duterte campaign shirt and TWO IDs, one of Cebu For Duterte (CFD), the other as a Visayas political officer of your official Duterte Campaign Team (DCT).
Sir, I am a longtime social activist for the COMMON GOOD of my fellow Filipinos. I love this country of mine as I am sure that you also fiercely do, otherwise, I wouldn’t have campaigned for you. I became your most visible and fiercest defender during the campaign and AFTER you assumed the presidency.
I have asked for NOTHING from you, not a government position for me nor for somebody whom I personally endorsed.
ALL THAT I AM ASKING FOR NOW IN BEHALF OF THE ILLITERATE, POOR, VICTIMIZED, DISADVANTAGED, AND THE OPPRESSED IS THAT YOU FULFILL WHAT I CAMPAIGNED FOR. That, WE, the PEOPLE campaigned for.
The questions are increasing by the day as to what hold Michael Dino has on your administartion that, AFTER TWO YEARS OF INCOMPETENCE, INFLUENCEPEDDLING, AND ARROGANCE, he still remains as your presidential assistant for the Visayas.
