Veteran Marcos lawyer and a prominent former Congressman of Biliran Province, Atty. Glenn Chong made another revelations on social media regarding the controversial issue about the wet ballots from Camarines Sur.
Atty. Glenn Chong revealed that based on the initial investigation conducted by the revisors of Sen. Bongbong Marcos, they confirmed that they never signed any document indicating wet ballots inside the ballot boxes. The statement of BBM's revisors is contrary to the explanations made by VP Leni's lawyer, Atty. Romulo Macalintal that the ballots were wet due to a certain typhoon.
The revisors of BBM also noted that the sealed paper outside of the ballot boxes were all dry
but the problem started when they discovered that only the ballot boxes were safely secured but the ballots were all wet.
