The very first President from Mindanao, Pres. Rody Duterte is now dubbed as "The Millenials' President" based upon the latest article written by Argyll Cyrus B. Geducos for the Manila Bulletin on March 28, 2018 as a Special Feature in celebration of Pres. Duterte's 73rd Birthday.



According to Geducos, President Duterte may appear as someone who is as tough as steel, but behind the the toughness of this firebrand leader is a man who is well-loved, even by those are many years younger or those who are called the "millenials."

The 16th President of the Philippines has been known to deliver curse-laden impromptu speeches. People around him described him as a man who likes to jokes, but despite all these, he is a man who should be taken seriously.
