Netizens took to social media as they slammed Karen Davila for defending Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno who have the target of Mayor Rody Duterte's latest tirade against a local chief executive.
President Rody Duterte made an earlier pronouncement regarding a local chief executive whom he did not mention for his past life being an alleged "callboy."
Although some netizens and media outlets already made their conclusion that the President was referring to Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno, the reactions among netizens were divided, some are in favor of the President while the others are in favor of the local chief executive.
There are some popular celebrities and news personalities who didn't like the way Pres. Duterte allegedly attacked his critics, and one of them is no other than the popular and controversial TV host Karen Davila, to whom the Duterte supporters dubbed as pure-bloodied Dilawan.
On the latest tweet of Karen Davila, Mayor Isko Moreno did not deny his previous job in the showbusiness industry in the country. The most important thing is that Yorme was able to survive and right now considered as one of the successful politicians in the country.
Karen Davila also hopes that this kind of pronouncement against a local chief executive will not continue in the near future.
