Veteran blogger and operator of Davao-based Facebook Page MindaVote, Carlos Munda lauded the bravery and honesty of Myanmar Football Team head coach Velizar Popov, who exposed the truth about the misleading articles reported by the mainstream media.
Coach Velizar Popov made headlines earlier after his no-barred response to the mainstream media when he was asked about his experience in the Philippines and what can he say about their accommodations and transportation.
Coach Popov was quoted as saying "That's small issue for me. It is not a big deal and I don't want to talk more about it because it is not the main thing in this tournament." Coacah Velizar Popov stated.
The response made by the international football coach reached the desk of Carlos Munda who lauded the coach statement against the alleged biased reporting made by Philippine media.
Carlos Munda also slammed Richard Heydarian for his reactions on the controversies involving the athletes and the preparations made by the organizing committee.
Richard Heydarian took to Twitter and said "Disaster, Nakakahiya talaga..."
MindaVote responded that it was indeed shameful for all Filipinos to face the athletes and delegations after numerous problems arose during the preparations.
