Veteran blogger and prominent social media personality with more than a million followers on Facebook, Thinking Pinoy revealed some of the reasons why Sen. Trillanes is in serious legal trouble, again.
The statement of Thinking Pinoy came out after Sen. Trillanes admitted aht he had prior knowledge of Advincula's expose when he met the controversial Alias Bikoy in 2018.
The statement made by Thinking Pinoy exposed some problems regarding the latest statement of Trillanes as the senator admitted that the allegations made by Advincula failed his "vetting process," clearly implying the allegations are likely if not outright false.
According to TP, when the videos came out in April 2019, he described them as "very serious, quite pointed, and well-explained" despite his knowledge that this was the exact same story that Advincula was peddling to him, the same story that failed his "vetting process."

TRILLANES IS IN SERIOUS LEGAL TROUBLE, AGAIN
Coup plotter Senator Antonio "Sonny" Trillanes IV admitted today that he had prior knowledge of Advincula's exposé when he met him in 2018. He said the allegations failed his "vetting process", clearly implying the allegations are likely if not outright false [1].
When the videos came out in April 2019, he described them as "very serious, quite pointed, and well-explained [2]"... despite his knowledge that this was the exact same story that Advincula was peddling to him, the same story that failed his "vetting process".
Of course, there's a possibility that the story Advincula told Trillanes last year is different from the one in the Bikoy Videos.
But that is highly unlikely, considering that Advincula peddled the same exact story to Senator Vicente Tito Sotto in 2016 [3], albeit with different players (Noynoy Aquino and friends were the drug dealers in the 2016 version instead of Rody Duterte & Co.) and the 2016 plot is not materially different from the plot of the 2019 Bikoy Video.
With that said, Thinking Pinoy sees only two possibilities:
1. That Trillanes' simply made up the existence of this "vetting process" and proceeded with supporting Advincula in his creation of the videos.
This first possibility is pretty much what Advincula said when he surrendered to the police and flipped his story [4].
2. That Trillanes may not have had a hand in creating the videos, but he lent it credence despite his knowledge that the claims failed his supposed "vetting process".
He knew the claims are likely false, yet he still attempted to reinforce the scurrilous libel not only against the state, but also against a 14-year-old child.
Whichever the case, Trillanes is in serious legal trouble, as both possibilities likely qualify as violations of anti-sedition laws, among others.
