Army's Operation Research Center Defends DSWD Sec. Bautista After Receiving Tirades from Erwin Tulfo
The Operations Research Center of the Philippine Army came to the rescue of former Army General and recent Secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Sec. Rolando Bautista, after the Army officer received some tirades from journalist Erwin Tulfo.
The Operations Research Center introduced Secretary Rolando Bautista and revealed some of his achievements as officer and commander of the Philippine Army as well as the Joint Task Force Marawi who fought the terrorist day in day out, literally in the frontline of war against terrorists.
According to the Philippine Army, Gen. Bautista is the kind of guy who works day and night but don't like interviews, he just want to finish the task given to him. More action ang less talks.
According to the Army, they did not work with Erwin Tulfo before but they have seen how Gen. Bautista worked as head of the Philippine Army. The way that Erwin Tulfo talk and conclude things he really don't stand any prestige at all.
The Army was quoted as saying "You reacted like that, because you met a totally different person with a PURE and SPOTLESS CHARACTER. Dapat niresearch mo muna kung sino si Sec Bautista as a person, bago mo siya minura at pinagsalitaan ng mga maaanghang mong mga salita. Mga salitang nagkaka characterize sayo kung anung klaseng tao ka."

Who is Sec Rolando Bautista?
-He is a former military Man, a General, the former Commander of the Philippine Army, he was the former Commander of the Joint Task Force Marawi who fought the terrorist day in day out, and literally in the FRONTLINE
-He is the guy who facilitated Bahay Pag Asa for those who civilians who were affected by the siege
- He is the guy who facilitated all helps goods and etc to enter Marawi, coming from different Org
- He is the kind of guy who works day and night but dont like interviews, he just want to finish the task given to him. More action and less talks
- His very humble and very down to earth
- The last time i checked personally, he is still on his workaholic mode, traveling from province to province, region by region to check the efficient and effective workflow of the agency. He make sure that all programs targets the real beneficiaries
- Personally wala akong masabi sa taong tao, pagdating sa trabaho at sa ugali, wala pa akong nakilalang tulad niya
- I had a chance to work with him and nakita ko kung gaano ka TINO itong taong to. Hindi mayabang, simple lang ang gusto at higit sa lahat HINDI CORRUPT!
