The controversial and self-confessed Alias Bikoy or Peter Joemel Advincula surrendered to the Philippine National Police as he presented some evidences implicating Sen. Antonio Trillanes, and the Liberal Party as the alleged people behind Oplan Sodoma to toppe the Duterte administration.
According to Alias Bikoy, the controversial Project Sodoma entailed payoffs to him, in order for Vice Pres. Leni Robredo to take the Presidency from the present administration of Pres. Rody Duterte.
The main purpose of Alias Bikoy according to Advincula is to discredit Senator-elect Bong Go and all the allegations were false against the former Special Assistant to the President (SAP). All were allegedly orchestrated by the Liberal Party under the handling of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV.

Alias Bikoy also revealed that he met with Sen. Trillanes not only once, the Project Sodoma is the controversial project which aims to topple the Duterte administration and put VP Leni as President. The project was made before Trillanes' term ends this coming June 30, 2019.
