Veteran journalist and political analyst Jay Sonza shared his sentiments on the controversial issue involving the arrest of Maria Ressa. Sonza doubts the sincerity of Maria Ressa as he asked "Sinadya para may drama?"
According to Jay Sonza, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rappler already knew that there's an existing warrant of arrest against her, she knew she would be arrested ahead of time.
The veteran journalist revealed that Maria Ressa was even given one hour by the arresting officers to wrap up her office work upon her request.
The big question according to Jay Sonza is the fact that there's some earlier opportunity for Ressa to post bail, the day before the serving of the warrant or during the hour she was given the break.
