Thinking Pinoy Slams Sen. Kiko Pangilinan for Defending the Juvenile Justice Law

Veteran blogger and prominent social media personality Thinking Pinoy slams Sen. Kiko Pangilinan for defending his controversial Juvenile Justice Law as he reminded the senator why it took him 12 years to realize that his law doesn't work.


According to Thinking Pinoy it took 12 years to realize that his own 2006 law doesn't work. RJ Nieto noted that if the implementation is erroneous, Sen. Pangilinan should make some legislative remedies to avoid these errors.



The veteran blogger slammed Sen. Kiko Pangilinan by reminding the lawmaker that his law clearly states "If the child taken into custody is fifteen years or below... release the child to his/her parents or guardian... [RA 9344]."
