Son of BuCor Chief Faeldon, 3 Others Arrested in Alleged Drug Den in Naga City


The son of a prominent personality and goverment official under the Duterte administration, Bureau of Correction Chief Nicanor Faeldon was arrested for alleged involvement in a drug den as he was arrested together with three other personalities after sachets of alleged shabu were found on their possession.

The son of BuCor Chief Nicanor Faeldon was allegedly arrested by the PNP at Z-4 San Miguel Street, Barangay Mabolo, Naga City.



In a spot report presented by the PNP through a warrant of arrest, elements of the PNP went to the said address and arrested Nicanor Faeldon Jr., the 32-year-old college student from Taytay, Rizal. Faeldon is the son of the veteran soldier and former Magdalo leader, Nicanor Faeldon, the newly-installed BuCor Chief.

Aside from Faeldon also arrested during the police operations were three other personalities identified as Russel Lanuzo Bermudo, alias Bubles, the 47-year-old businesswoman who is a resident of Z-4, San Miguel St., Barangay Mabolo, Naga City; Allan Valdez, 44-year-old from Sampaloc, Manila; and Manuel Nebres, 39-year-old Mabolo, Naga City.

A total of seven (7) sachets of shabu were apprehended during the police operations. Right now proper cases were already prepared by authorities accusing the suspects violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
