Gen. Bato himself identified Gen. Carranza as "bata ni Gen. Garbo," earlier suspected as narco general worked for the Roxas campaign in Novotel cheating operations.

The veteran international lawyer also questioned the silence of PNP Chief General Oscar Albayalde despite the allegations of torture and extra-judicial killing.

Here's the Complete Expose of Atty. Paula Defensor-Knack:

THE BIG POLICE MESS in SANTILLAN's MURDER & the PMA MISTAHS

Issue : Can you trust these PMA mistahs to reveal the truth about the Santillan murder ?

1. Gen. Carranza, PNP Calabarzon Head, said it was an "encounter" and has not denied that the police killed Richard Santillan. If it was a legitimate encounter, how come THERE ARE 3 HOURS MISSING IN THE POLICE SPOT REPORT of the incident, copy with Atty. Chong, after the suspect was engaged in a gift-giving project for children together with the police.

2. The camera inside the car caught police cars in front AND at the back of Atty. Chong's car. Corpse of Santillan shows bullet wounds, signs of torture, and slash wounds. Sachets of shabu were also allegedly found inside the car.

But Atty. Chong, a former congressman, who is engaged in an expose of electoral fraud against Vice-President Robredo, dared the police in a radio interview with Mr. Tulfo, to prove he or his bodyguard are involved in drug operations. Atty. Chong also criticized the PNP "solid intel holdings" to prove their allegations. https://www.facebook.com/erwintulforeal/videos/353253218557963/UzpfSTEwMDAwMDY5MzczODUyNzoyMjkyMzU3MzA0MTMwNzA1/?epa=SEARCH_BOX

3. Santillan had just come from a Christmas gift-giving project together with the police. If it was a police encounter, he should have been arrested during the gift giving session since he is allegedly "under surveillance" of the police. Why not arrest him in public view since there is no possibility Santillan will flee ?

4. In a video interview with Maharlika, Gen. Bato said he will talk to the other police generals regarding the Richard Santillan murder as exposed by Gen. Glenn Chong. https://www.facebook.com/MaharlikanTravel/videos/1955834974483444/

Gen. Bato, his successor Gen. Albayalde, and Gen. Carranza who is PNP Calabarzon Chief come from the same PMA Class.

5. Gen. Bato identied Gen. Carranza as "bata ni Gen. Garbo", earlier suspected as narco general and worked for the Roxas campaign in Novotel cheating operations. It has been the subject of wild speculation why Gen. Carranza chose to be assigned as PNP Chief for Calabarzon, when he is more senior to the PNP NCRPO head. WHY IS CALABARZON A CHOICE POSITION ? Gen. Carranza is reportedly from Naga where the Robredos come from, subject of the expose of Atty. Glenn Chong.

Gen. Albayalde, the PNP Chief is surprisingly quiet despite ALLEGATIONS OF TORTURE AND EXTRAJUDICIAL KILLING. He comes from the same PMA Class as Gen. Carranza and Gen. Ronaldo "Bato" de la Rosa.
