Mark Lopez Slams Ateneo JHS Administration for Actions Regarding the Bullying Issue Against Joaquin Montes

Prominent blogger and radio host Mark Lopez slammed the Ateneo Junior High School Administration for their actions regarding the alleged bullying issue against one of their student and athlete Joaquin Montes.

According to Mark Lopez it is indeed deplorable that instead of addressing the issue of violence and bullying outright, the AJHS administration chose to focus on the social medi repercussion of such dastardly act of one of its students.

The prominent social media personality noted that the core issue is violence in Ateneo campus so the schoold should not cop out on the responsibility and appear to condone such barbaric acts under the pretense of protecting minors.

Joaquin Montes made headlines on social media after numerous videos surfaced online showing how he bullied some students, and the alleged bully has his own videographer taking videos of his bullying acts.

Here's the Complete Statement of Mark Lopez:

To the Ateneo De Manila Junior High School

It’s deplorable that instead of addressing the issue of violence and bullying outright, AJHS administration chose to focus on the social media repercussion of such dastardly act of one of its students.

The core issue is violence in your campus. You do not cop out on the responsibility and appear to condone such barbaric acts under the pretense of protecting minors.

Your careless statement is nothing but a repugnant tolerance of the culture of impunity.

Shame on you AJHS.

PS... it seems you have been coordinating with Facebook Philippines in trying to stop the spread of the brutal act of student Joaquin Montes that was captured on video. Are you now also engaged in censorship and suppression of information?

Double shame...
