Celebrities Condoles with Rico J. Puno's Death By Showing Respect to the Music Icon

Numerous celebrities took to social media as they condoles with the families of the late music icon Rico J. Puno for his untimely death today due to heart failure. Rico J. Puno passed away just this morning a few years after he underwent an open heart surgery.



Lea Salonga took to Twitter and condoles with the family of Rico Puno as she tweeted "Rest In Peace, Rico J. Puno. Your distinctive voice that lent itself to so much of the music of my childhood will not be forgotten. To Tito Rico’s family, my deepest condolences." Salonga tweeted.



Veteran singer Zsa Zsa Padilla said his way of entertaining is unique and that will always be remembered by Filipinos.

Zsa Zsa Padilla tweeted "R.I.P. Rico Puno. Shocked to hear about your sudden passing. We will always remember your beautiful songs and your unique way of  interpreting them." Padilla tweeted.

Gary Valenciano also condoles with the family of Rico Puno by saying "Rest in His peace kapitan. I'm in total shock at this news." Martin Nievera also posted on Twitter the following message "#ricojpuno we will miss you! Now that you are in heaven, behave! We love you!" Nievera tweeted.



Jessa Zaragoza shared her shocked or the very sad news. Bailay May also posted the following message on Twitter "R.I.P Rico J Puno.  A kind and humble man. You will always be rememberd for the great music you blessed us with. If it wasn’t for your song “May Bukas Pa” I would not be where I am today. Love and Prayers to family and friends"
