Watch: Highlights of Sen. Trillanes' Amnesty Revocations (Trillanes vs. Guevarra)

President Rody Duterte revokes the amnesty given by former President Noynoy Aquino to Sen. Antonio Trillanes  who claimed that the decision of the President is a clear case of political persecution despite the fact presented by the Department of Justice through Secretary Menardo Guevarra.

According to Secretary Menardo Guevarra, the country's officer-in-charge while Pres. Duterte is on official state visit in Israel and Jordan stated that the amnesty given to Trillanes is invalid from the start.

Sen. Trillanes didn't meet the amnesty requirements which says that Trillanes needs an official application for amnesty and an express admission of guilt for the crimes committed in line with the Oakwood Mutiny in 2003 and Manila Peninsula in 2007.

Here's the Highlights of the Amnesty Revocations of Trillanes:

Trillanes: My lawyers are exhausting all legal remedies
Trillanes: I will not resist arrest
Trillanes: All my cases have been dismissed
Trillanes: What's important is I have an amnesty certificate

Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra: Trillanes' amnesty is invalid
