Netizens were curious about the whereabouts of perpetual Rally leader Renato Reyes during the Martial Law Rally on September 21, 2018, but he was finally revealed on social media, he was absent because he went to The Netherlands.
Bayan Muna top leader Renato Reyes was spotted in The Netherlands particularly in the headquarters of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
Renato Reyes went to the ICC reportedly to submit the evidences on the alleged crimes of Humanity against Pres. Rody Duterte. This is not the first time that a group of Filipino individuals filed a case against the tough-talking President of the Philippines.
Some netizens were questioning the timing of Renato Reyes' appearance at The Hague which they suspected that it was done to add more meanings to his journey to The Netherlands and to create an impact because the event of his filing coincides with the country's anniversary of Martial Law.
