Netizens Slams Jim Paredes for Calling Mindanao People as "Taong Bundok"

Netizens took to social media as they lambasted Pro-Yellow personality and former member of the popular Filipino band Apo Hiking Society, Jim Paredes for allegedly calling the people of Mindanao as "Taong Bundok."

In a screen captured photo allegedly posted by Jim Paredes, the singer felt dismayed with the facts that only the youths remembered the horrors of Martial Law while the older generations forgot the said time of our history.

Aside from blaming the older generations for forgetting the Martial Law, Jim Paredes criticized the people of Mindanao whom he called as "Taong Bundok" who wanted Martial Law.

Here's the controversial post made by Jim Paredes:

The screen captured post of Jim Paredes was first shared on social media by a certain Rachel Quezada who lambasted Paredes by saying that singer should not call the people of Mindanao as "Taong Bundok," despite the fact that she came from Luzon, but she felt ashamed of what Paredes have stated on his social media account.

Meanwhile Most Netizens Were Angered with the Post of Paredes:

Rolando Sagud: Nagpapansin lang ang taong laos kaya nagpupumilit mg look at me look at me !

Spocky Farolan: is this confirmed po?
Maraming gusto mo-confirm if thisbis true.
