Netizens, particularly supporters of former Senator Bongbong Marcos took to social media as they questioned the investigations of the Commission on Elections in the controversial outing of VP Leni's revisors together with PET revisors and employees who were having an outing in a beach resort in Pansol, Laguna.
In a viral video posted by the popular Facebook Page, Deconstructed Media 2.0, they asked the results of the investigations, wherein Justice Caguioa already noted that the investigation was already done, but the results were never presented to the complainant or the camp of Sen. Bongbong Marcos.
Last July 9, 2018, Sen. Bongbong Marcos seeks sanctions on COMELEC revisors for the controversial "Pansol Outing" with VP Leni's main revisor, Osmundo Abuyuan. The camp of Sen. Marcos asked the Supreme Court, sitting as PET, to investigate and impose sanctions on several of its personnel who were seen partying with the revisor of VP Leni last June 22, 2018.
The camp of VP Leni answered Sen. Bongbong Marcos allegations that the former senator and Vice Presidential bet Marcos knew of the questioned Laguna outing and even sent foot to an out-of-town swimming trip he is now questioning before the Supreme Court, which is sitting as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET).

Sen. Bongbong Marcos' camp denied the allegations of VP Leni's camp about the knowledge of Marcos in the said outing as the lawyer of Marcos, Atty. Vic Rodriguez challenged VP Leni's camp to release the CCTV footage that VP Leni's camp claimed they had in position but they failed to released the said footage.
The Presidential Electoral Tribunal which is under the leadership of Justice Caguioa, an alleged ally of VP Leni, denied the motion to investigate filed by Marcos because the Tribunal claimed that they already commenced and concluded its investigation relative to the subject "Pansol outing." PET stated that the investigation was already done even before the motion of the Marcos camp to investigate was filed, but the camp of Marcos was never informed that there was indeed an investigation that took place.
