Pedrosa Reveals It's Not Only Atty. Glenn Chong Who Expose Election Fraud, How Aquino Benefited in 2010

Veteran author and prominent columnist Carmen Pedrosa revealed on her latest column for the Philippine Star that Atty. Glenn Chong is not the only person who made an expose about the controversial electoral fraud even before Pres. Duterte took his office as the country's chief executive.

According to Carmen Pedrosa, Atty. Chong the witness and hero of the Senate Hearing on Election Fraud, is not the only person who witnessed how COMELEC and Smartmatic allegedly controlled the results of the national elections in the Philippines.

Pedrosa noted that the only difference between Atty. Chong and the other election whistleblowers of the alleged cheating in our electoral system, is the fact that the former Biliran Congressman is the most vocal personalities who have been discussing the issue on social media and now in front of the Philippine Senators.

The veteran author mentioned the "masked man" identified only as "Koala-Boy," who showed up before a press conference of the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) as one of the few individual who expose the possibility of election cheating in the Philippines. The massive cheating during the 2010 elections allegedly benefited Noynoy Aquino and the operations is at the expsense of a massive funding that costs at least P1-Billion.

The masked man who is nowhere to be found nowadays revealed before that the "dagdag-bawas" scheme has been used to push former President Benigno S. Aquino III to win the Presidency during that time in 2010.

Carmen Pedrosa was quoted as saying "Glenn Chong was not the first witness of the questionable Comelec use of Smartmatic-PCOS. A masked man showed up in a press conference held (of all places) in the CBCP with an unbelievable tale of a massive cheating operation that cost at least P1 billion." Despite the claim made by the masked man, no presidential candidate during that time believed the claims of the "masked man."

The veteran author also pointed out that in the progressive country like Germany, automated elections has been declared unconstitutional.

Carmen Pedrosa suggested that because of the increasing loss of confidence by the public on the automated election system, the Duterte admin should just put back the manual elections with "proper safeguards." Aside from the said suggestion, Pedrosa even suggested and made an unsolicited advice to the government that Atty. Glenn Chong should be appointed as Chairman of the COMELEC, because it's hard to solve the problem of the election system in the country unless Atty. Chong heads the commission.
