A former Scout Ranger officer of the Philippine Army who also served as an intelligence officer of the Armed Forces, retired Army Major Abe Purugganan revealed how an enemy of the State has infiltrated our government and use our systems to undermine our military.
According to Sir Abe Purugganan, the infiltrators attack the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) through their budget. It is their way, a very strategic operation to reduce our military capacity to go against their forces.
Sir Abe wondered why the Philippine government tolerated an enemy of the state, a terrorist organization to infiltrate and allow them legally to operate within the government system. The worst thing of all is that they use a taxpayer's money to fund their organization, destroy the nation, and kill our owne people whom they claim to represent.
To clarify the issue, we should think that while our Scout Rangers operate against the terrorists in the NPA infested areas, some members of Congress are stabbing and shooting them at the back. Purugganan noted that our government is infiltrated by the Communist Party of the Philippines.
