Jay Sonza Lambasts TV Patrol for Reporting Fake News About the Teachers' Protest in Quezon City

Veteran broadcast journalist and political analyst Jay Sonza, lambasted TV Patrol, one of the leading news media outlets in the Philippines for spreading fake news about the alleged mass actions of Quezon City teachers.

Jay Sonza is calling the attentions of the people in front and behind TV Patrol not to disrespect the things they worked and accumulated, the respect of the Filipinos to the mainstream media. They worked for the media to be respected since 1989 up to this day.

According to Jay Sonza the teachers of Quezon City were having a mass action due to the delay of their allowances and other benefits from the government but TV Patrol reported that the teachers were against to the planned random drug testing for teachers.

Here's the Complete Statement of Jay Sonza:

Dugo at pawis ang ipinuhunan ko (Jay Sonza, executive producer, Headwriter & Director), katuwang sina Angelique Lazo at Mel Tiangco (Associate Producers), Franky Evangelista (Assistant Program & Production Director), Jimmy Navarro (Program & Production Chief), Angelo Castro, Jr. (Director) DZMM Radyo Patrol Reporters (Jun Ricafrente, Claude Vitug & Co.), Joe Diamse, Jun Loyola, Jun del Rosario at iba pang pang-gabing reporter at crew).

MAHIYA NAMAN KAYO.
