Veteran broadcast journalist and considered as one of the most vocal defender of Pres. Rody Duterte on social media lambasts Sen. Kiko Pangilinan for his failure to defend the resolution signed by 14 senators to declare the quo warranto decision of Supreme Court as unconstitutional.
According to Erwin Tulfo, he has been absent for the past few days because he is now enjoying his vacations but he will definitely be back to Manila in the next succeeding days.

Erwin Tulfo gives an unsolicited advice to Liberal Party President, Sen. Kiko Pangilinan who is also a lawyer to use his brain from time to time so that he will not be embarrassed by any non-lawyer in the Senate.
The veteran journalist also noted that "Senador Kiko, makinig ka ha, sir, next time ho, bago ho kayo magsalita, isipin munang mabuti, hindi porke't abogado ka, akala mo ikaw ay doktor na ng abogado, ikaw na ang pinakamagaling na abogado, memorize mo na ang batas." Tulfo stated.
Erwin Tulfo added further that "Di kahapon napahiya ka, nasupla ka, pinipilit mo na tanging ang senado lang ang hurisdiksyon para magpatalisik ng Chief Justice, eh hindi mo, mukhang nakalimuta mo yong pag-aaral, or talagang hindi mo alam, o di absent ka siguro ng itinuro sa inyo sa law school na ayon sa 1987 Constitution, Article 8 Section 5, paragraph 1, may jurisdiction ang kataas-taasang hukuman sa mga petisyong tulad ng certiori, mandamus, habeas corpus at quo warranto. At meron silang paki-alaman at desisyunan ang mga isyung ito." Tulfo explained.
The popular broadcast journalist and considered as one of the staunchest critic of the Liberal Party noted that the Juvenile Justice System Law authored by Sen. Kiko Pangilinan failed miserably because more and more minors were getting involved in various illegal activities because most of the minors knew about their rights and circumvent the law for their gains.
