The eight-division world boxing champion and prominent politician in the Philippines, Sen. Manny Pacquiao who is often criticized by the opposition, made headlines anew after he personlly gives cash, house and lot to the ice cream vendor he met for the first time.

The random acts of kindness of Sen. Manny Pacquiao was documented by a concerned netizen, identified as Jen Manilay who witness the good deeds of the senator after the lawmaker had a short talk with the ice cream vendor which leads to a change of his life courtesy of Sen. Pacquiao.
According to Jen Manilay, Sen. Manny Pacquiao initially gave a P3,000 cash to the ice cream vendor, however when their discussion got deeper, the Senator increased the money that he gave to P30,000.00.
In order to make sure that the ice cream vendor will no longer worry on his daily living, Sen. Pacquiao vowed that he would give a house and lot to Manong Ice Cream vendor.
The statement of Sen. Manny Pacquiao made the ice cream vendor teary-eyed because he didn't expect that the world-renowned boxer and Senator would give him too much as what he is asking for.
