DOLE Releases List of Companies Allegedly Involved in Labor-Only Contracting

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) released an official list of companies allegedly involved in labor-only contracting which is considered as an illegal kind of contractualization.


Some of the country's most prominent companies are even involved or listed in the controversial information released by DOLE to inform the general public the problmes of contractualization that really existed even in bigger or multinational companies.



Here's the List of Companies Allegedly Involved in Labor-Only Contracting:

1. Jollibee Food Corporation - 14,960 Workers
2. Dole Philippines, Inc., - 10,521 Workers
3. Phil. Long Distance Telephone Co., - 8,310 Workers
4. Philsaga Mining Corporation -6,524 Workers
5. General Tuna Corporation - 5,216 Workers
6. Sumi Phils. Wiring Systems Corporation - 4,305
7. Franklin Baker Inc., - 3,400
8. Pilipinas Kyohritsu, Inc., - 3,161
9. Furukawa Automotive Systems Phil., Inc., - 2,863
10. Magnolia Inc., - 2,248
11. KCC Property Holdings, Inc., - 1,802
