Bobi Tiglao Accuses VP Leni of Destabilizing the Philippines Resulting to European Parliament Resolution
Veteran journalist and political analyst, Bobi Tiglao made another interesting expose on his latest "Opinion" column for Bulgar Online wherein he accused VP Leni Robredo of destabilizing the Philippines resulting to an European Parliament Resolution condemning Pres. Rody Duterte's War on Drugs in the country.
According to Bobi Tiglao, last week a resolution was released by the European Parliament, an organization composed of 28 representatives from European countries, condemning Pres. Duterte's war on illegal drugs due to the 12,000 alleged deaths committed by police officers in the Philippines. They also received reports that the deaths includes women and children allegedly being killed by police authorities.
The veteran journalist and former Ambassador exposed the lies of VP Leni and her allies, the Liberal Party who allegedly were the reasons why the fake news about the huge number of deaths in the Philippines war on illegal drugs reached Europe. The 12,000 deaths were all fake news according to Tiglao.
Based upon the official records of the Philippine National Police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement agency (PDEA), since the war on drugs started last July 2016 up to March 2018, there were only 4,075 deaths recorded involved illegal drugs who were killed by police authorities due to the fact that they fight against the arresting officers during police operations.
Aside from the huge number of deaths, another fake news reached the European Parliament about the reasons why Sen. Leila de Lima was jailed due to her opposition on President Duterte's leadership but the truth is that the former DOJ Secretary was jailed due to her alleged involvement in the illegal drug activities inside the national penitentiary when she was still the head of the DOJ.
Bobi Tiglao noted that it is indeed impossible for the European Union to prioritize the problems in the Philippines compared to the problems they faced in Europe and in neighboring Middle East. There is only one possible reason why the fake news reached the EU, it was allegedly due to the Liberal Party's information being shared to the EU.
