(Must Watch) Netizen Exposed Marina's Polo for Rent Scheme Without Official Receipt (Viral Video)

A concerned netizen made an explosive expose about the controversial polo for rent scheme worth P25 each inside Marina which is controversial in nature due to the fact that Marina did not issue any official receipt for the scheme.

According to concerned netizen Ramon Sanchez Jr., a veteran seaman and marine engineer, the P25 scheme from Marina continued until today. Sanchez already reported the incident to Hotline 8888 but the scheme continue, so he decided to record a video evidence regarding the scheme.

Watch the Video Evidence Inside Marina Part 1:

Sanchez stated that he recorded a video inside Marina to prove that polo for rent scheme in renewing the Seaman's book continued its operation inside Marina but the agency did not provide any official receipt. When added together the alleged scheme of the Marina Employee Cooperative members, everday when there's a total of 1,000 applicants, they could earn P2,500 per day, P125,000 per week or P500,000 per month.

The polo for rent scheme inside Marina is not the way only of getting illegal income inside the Marina, the cooperative also earned from the documentary stamp and folder with the same price range of P25 per seaman.

Here's the Complete Expose of a Concerned Netizen:
