Concerned netizen Edison Achay posted some photos of the devastation caused by floodings due to Bagyong Urduja which hits Eastern Samar this morning December 15, 2017.
The photos posted by the concerned netizen was taken at Barangay Mabuhay Taft Eastern Samar. Edison Achay also reported that there is no electricity and no cellphone signal in the area.
Mabuhay Highway is not passable by any vehicle due to severe flooding brought about by Bagyong Urduja.
According to the latest weather bulletin released by PAGASA moderate to heavy rainfall is expected within the tropical storm’s 500-kilometer diameter.
