Thinking Pinoy Chides Sen. Aquino, Clarifies Resignation as DFA Consultant

One of the country's most popular social media influencer and blogger Thinking Pinoy or RJ Nieto clarified the issue about his resignation as consultant of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). He also challenged Sen. Bam Aquino to investigate the controversial P38.00 per week salary of Hacienda Luisita workers.

According to Thinking Pinoy, he wanted to clarify the issue about his resignation as consultant of DFA, but he will do everything he can to help all the OFWs via DFA, subject to a few minor changes.

The only difference right now is that there's no contract between him and the DFA. Thinking Pinoy's contractual job under the DFA was questioned by Liberal Party senators Bam Aquino and Kiko Pangilinan, particularly on Nieto's P12,000 per month salary.

Thinking Pinoy made an expose through the information provided by DSWD Asec Badoy that, "When Lumad/TBoli farmers were trafficked by Hacienda Luisita and then made to work for 38 pesos a week, enduring all sorts of abuse, the CHR didn’t breathe a word in their defense. Not one word."

Here's the Complete Statement of Thinking Pinoy:

CLARIFICATION:
