The tough-talking President of the Republic of the Philippines, Pres. Rody Duterte threatens some of the country's narco-politicians to stop their activities or else he will use the full force of the law and if needed he wanted to use aerial bombing against the private armies of the alleged narco-politicians.

During an interview with some members of the press, Pres. Duterte reiterated his call for narco-politicians to stop as he even recalled how he talked with those who were involved in illegal drugs in various parts of the country.
Pres. Duterte emphasized that narco-politicians' private armies would be no match against the country's security forces, especially if he unleashes the military's air power against these gunmen.
The former Mayor of Davao City was quoted as saying "Huwag kayong magsabi na may army kayo diyan. Hindi na makakatulong sa‘yo ‘yan. Tingnan mo. Even if you have 100, 200 armed men, hindi makakatulong sa’yo ‘yan. Bakit ka maglaban sa akin na––? May dose ako na [FA-50] na jet, bombahan lang kita diyan ng lima,"
Since Pres. Duterte took over as the country's chief executive, the President's war on drugs already resulted in the arrest and deaths of three Mayors namely, Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. of Albuera, Leyte; Mayor Samsudin Dimaukom of Datu Saudi Ampatuan, Maguindanao and Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog of Ozamiz City.
