The tough-talking President of the Republic of the Philippines visited the warzone of Marawi City on Friday, August 4, 2017 without much media funfare. Special Assistant to the President Bong Go just provided some photos of Pres. Duterte's visit to Marawi City.

This is the second time that President Rody Duterte visited Camp Ranao in Marawi City. Last July 20, Pres. Duterte visited Marawi City after two failed attempts to enter the conflict zone, despite the ongoing clashes between government forces and the Maute group.
