Gov. Mendoza Thanks All Filipinos Who Aided Kidapawan City Protesting Farmers


The controversial local government head of the Province of North Cotabato, Governor Emmylou "Lala" TaliƱo-Mendoza appeared on the senate hearing with regards with the alleged dispersal of Kidapawan City farmers by local government forces which caused numerous injuries among farmers.

Gov. Mendoza made headlines earlier when she was caught on a viral video stating that she will block the donations from various individuals including politicians who promise to aid the farmers who sought help from the local government.

In the viral video posted online, Gov. Mendoza was so angry with those people who wants to help the farmers but in recent video posted online during the senate inquiry, the governor was seen very calm and was so grateful with the people who help his constituents.

Gov. Mendoza also noted during the inquiry that he was thankful with all the other Local Government Units from various parts of Mindanao on their much-needed help due to the effects of the drought in the province.
