Veteran lawyers and prominent social media personality Atty. Trixie Cruz-Angeles and Atty. Ahmed Paglinawan, the operator of The Luminous FB Page, lectured veteran lawmaker, Sen. Franklin Drilon for his earlier statement allegedly belittling neophyte Senators Robin Padilla and Raffy Tulfo.
During the last few days, former Senator Franklin Drilon gave neophyte Senators Robin Padilla and Raffy Tulfo unsolicited advice to study, as they might get embarrassed.
Sen. Drilon told the incoming Senator Robin Pailla and veteran mainstream media personality, Raffy Tulfo, to expect their colleauges to ask questions and will test the validity of their pronouncements.
He even adviced to listen to the veteran senators, the older ones, there is nothing wrong with, get the feel of it because there is a tradition in the Senate, Drilon warned.
Robin Padilla already responded against Drilon by saying that there is no shame if you are fighting until his last breath and will follow all the senate rules hence he is studying but he will keep silent because tradition will put him to shame.
Although Padilla already responded against Drilon, veteran lawyers Atty. Ahmed and Atty. Trixie lectured Franklin Drilon by simply saying "kahit anong aral kung matutulog lang din.-AP"
