Pres. Duterte Challenges Pacquiao to Expose Corruption & Name Corrupt Officials or Agencies (Video)

The tough-talking President of the Republic of the Philippines, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte could no longer control his emotions due to the recent statements released by Sen. Manny Pacquiao accusing the Duterte administration as more corrupt compared to the administration of former Pres. Noynoy Aquino.

According to Pres. Rody Duterte, the world boxing champion turned politician, Sen. Manny Pacquiao should name corrupt government offices to prove his point and he was not just politicking ahead of a presidential election next year.

Pres. Rody Duterte said that Sen. Pacquiao criticized corruption in his government and threatened to expose the boxing champion as a liar.

The former Mayor of Davao City was quoted as saying "I'm not saying there is no corruption, so expose it," the President said in a televised late night national address. "If you don't do that, I will expose you daily as a liar... I know you from way back." Duterte stated.

The President who is best known for his successive war on drugs and impressive Build, Build, Build Program, uses an expletive in his strongest language yet against Sen. Manny Pacquiao as the President noted that if Pacquiao will not reveal those corrupt officials or agencies, he would be "playing politics" and pledged to take action against any erring officials.

For Manny Pacquiao, he is now the acting President of PDP-Laban, the political party of Pres. Rody Duterte, he was not immediately available for comment outside office hours according to some news outlets.

Sen. Manny has been among Pres. Rody Duterte's strongest supporters, backing the President's war on drugs and also bid for the re-introduction of the controversial death penalty laws.

The Senator also criticized the administration for the alleged "lacking and disheartening" foreign policy or the government's stance on the South China Sea. The President criticized Pacquiao's "shallow" foreign policy knowledge.

Before joining the ruling PDP-Laban political party, Sen. Manny Pacquiao was a close ally of former Vice-Pres. Jejomar Binay during the 2016 national elections.
