Leyte 4th District Representative Lucy Torres-Gomez made some headlines on social media due to her brilliant defense of the anti-terror bill.
Sen. Tito Sotto, the principal author of the controversial measure posted on Twitter informing Sen. Ping Lacson about the post made by Gomez, explaining to her followers and netizens the reasons why the anti-terror bill is already necessary.
“Congresswoman Lucy Torres Gomez makes a very compelling thesis in her IG on why we should prioritize the fight vs terrorism. Beauty and brains! @iampinglacson,” Sotto tweeted.
Aside from Sen. Ping Lacson, some active Twitter users also praised the Rep. Gomez for her Facebook post that went viral on social media and continues generating abuzz a few days after it was first posted.
